Great location, well-equipped apartment, accommodating staff, and good communication. No balcony as advertised, but friendly receptionist made up for it. Beautiful and comfortable decor, perfect for weary travelers tired of Airbnb and typical hotels.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic! The location is perfect, within walking distance to all the major sites. The room amenities are top-notch with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a great bonus and allowed me to stay connected throughout my stay. The staff were extremely accommodating and had a very nice manner. I had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it!

The location is perfect, with easy access to all the sites and close to the underground station. The apartment is spacious, well-equipped, and tastefully decorated. The instructions provided were clear and the staff were accommodating and responsive. The apartment had everything we needed, including towels, toiletries, and kitchen essentials.
The bed was uncomfortable for my husband, and the apartment was quite warm, but we were able to open the doors to the terrace to cool down.

The location was amazing, just a short walk from popular attractions and the tube station. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and tastefully decorated rooms that were even larger than I expected from the pictures. Everything was sparkling clean, and the attention to detail, from the toiletries to the well-stocked kitchen, was excellent. The staff provided excellent customer service, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. I also appreciated the fast Wi-Fi and the balcony with a fine view of a famous landmark.
